I ordered a vegan tarik pizza from them last night. The initial order was not vegan and incorrect. They were unreachable on the numbers advertised on their website and facebook group. I called the delivery driver who put me through to them and they sent another pizza out. When this arrived I was not too surprised to find that it was also not vegan. And of course I couldn't reach them on the aforementioned numbers again. The ingestion of dairy flares up a skin condition that I have. Ordering an item advertised as vegan on their website twice and having it arrive loaded with dairy each time is not only terrible customer service, but is actively dangerous. Worst of all is them being unreachable to remediate this issue. I would not recommend this restaurant under any circumstances, it is a shame because I have prsviously had good experiences with them.
